This nylon actuator washer is a replacement spacer for the US Automatic Ranger 500 (1st Gen) gate operator actuator. At 1/8 inch thick, it provides the correct clearance between the actuator and mounting surface to maintain reliable travel and reduce wear on moving parts.
In the field, these washers support proper alignment of the actuator arm and consistent cycling in gate operators.
