GatePoint Solutions – Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through GatePoint Solutions.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Product must be in new, resalable condition
Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Electrical and electronic components, including but not limited to:
- Control boards
- Circuit boards
- Power supplies
- Safety devices
- Sensors
- Communication modules
- Electronic accessories and powered components
- Installed or used products
- Special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
3. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require prior authorization from GatePoint Solutions.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
4. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Returned items should be properly packaged and insured during transit
GatePoint Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after:
- Returned product is received
- Item inspection is completed
- Return eligibility is confirmed
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify GatePoint Solutions within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos, packaging documentation, and order information may be required to process claims.
8. Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by GatePoint Solutions are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures are determined by the original manufacturer.
GatePoint Solutions may assist customers with warranty claim coordination when applicable.
