At GatePoint Solutions, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for automatic gate operators, access control systems, replacement parts, intercom systems, and related security products.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Certain products may require additional handling or lead times depending on manufacturer availability, product size, or shipping method.

Shipping Methods

GatePoint Solutions ships orders using trusted national carriers including:

  • UPS
  • LTL Freight Carriers

Shipping methods are selected based on product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

Typical Shipping Timeframes

  • Small Parts & Accessories: 2–7 business days
  • Standard Ground Shipments: 3–7 business days
  • Freight Shipments: 5–10 business days
  • Special Order / Manufacturer Direct Items: Varies by manufacturer

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or manufacturer availability.

Freight Shipments

Large or heavy products such as gate operators, barrier arms, pedestals, and oversized equipment may require freight delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting freight shipments upon delivery
  • Noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Reporting concealed freight damage within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage promptly may impact the ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout whenever possible based on product dimensions, weight, and destination.

Some oversized, heavy, or specialized products may require a custom freight quote prior to shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

GatePoint Solutions is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once an order has shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking activity after shipment confirmation is sent.

Delays & Carrier Issues

GatePoint Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor shortages
  • Manufacturer backorders
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

While we will assist customers whenever possible, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability, manufacturer fulfillment locations, or shipping method requirements.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier limitations, or manufacturer policies.

GatePoint Solutions reserves the right to cancel or limit orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
