The Lockey TB200 Hydraulic Gate Closer provides controlled, reliable self-closing operation for pedestrian gates weighing 50 to 125 lbs. Designed for gates 30 to 52 inches wide, the TB200 uses hydraulic/nitrogen-gas controlled closing action to smoothly push the gate closed after entry or exit.
Ideal for residential, commercial, pool, parking, office, and controlled-access pedestrian gates, the TB200 works with both left- and right-hand gates and can be installed at the top, middle, or bottom of the gate. Its steady closing action also makes it well suited for gates equipped with compatible maglocks, electric strikes, and mechanical gate locks.

The Lockey TB200 is an excellent self-closing solution for pedestrian gates at residential properties, pool areas, office complexes, parking facilities, resorts, and other controlled-access entrances.
Important: The TB200 is not compatible with gates less than 30 inches wide. Lockey requires a gate stop to restrict the gate opening angle and retain the product warranty.
