Featuring a large reflector and long-range sensing capability of up to 50 feet, this sensor delivers dependable obstacle detection while simplifying installation compared to traditional transmitter/receiver beam systems.
Unlike dual-component photoeyes, the E-931-S50RRLQ utilizes a reflective design that requires wiring only at the sensor location. The integrated infrared beam reflects off the included reflector and returns to the sensor, providing reliable object detection whenever the beam path is interrupted. This design reduces installation time and lowers wiring requirements while maintaining excellent detection performance.
Built for outdoor environments, the sensor features weather-resistant IP55 protection, sunlight-filtering optics, programmable response times, advanced beam-strength monitoring, and wide alignment adjustment capabilities.
