Powered by a custom industrial 24VBLDC brushless DC motor and industrial oil-bath size 70 gearbox, the IHSL24WRISER is capable of moving gates weighing up to 5,500 lbs. at speeds up to 1 ft. per second. Variable speed control allows adjustment from 0.5 ft./sec. to 1 ft./sec. to meet application-specific operational requirements, while smooth start/stop functionality and mid-travel reversal help minimize mechanical wear and extend operator hardware life. A heavy-duty #50 industrial chain provides pull strength rated at twice the gate weight for dependable operation in extreme-duty conditions.
Integrated myQ® connectivity provides advanced monitoring and control capabilities for industrial and commercial access points through Smart Facility Access and Smart Community Access platforms. Wireless dual-gate communication synchronizes gate operation while eliminating costly trenching requirements between operators, with independently adjustable gate speeds available when needed.
The IHSL24WRISER includes monitored entrapment protection devices and is UL® Listed for Class II, III, and IV applications. Quick Close and Anti-Tailgate functionality help minimize unauthorized access opportunities, while PosiLock® automatically secures the gate if forced from the closed position. The operator is housed within a powder-coated 14-gauge NEMA 3R weatherproof lockable steel cabinet engineered for harsh industrial environments and long-term outdoor durability.
