Description
The LiftMaster 312HM is a universal coaxial receiver designed for secure wireless access control integration with gate operators, commercial door operators, and remote access systems. Engineered with LiftMaster® Enhanced Radio Technology™ rolling code security and DIP switch compatibility, the 312HM provides flexible receiver functionality for residential, commercial, and industrial access control applications.
Designed for compatibility with a wide range of LiftMaster® transmitters and keyless entry devices, the 312HM supports both high-security rolling code operation and standard DIP switch radio configurations. The receiver stores up to 18 Enhanced Radio Technology™ remote controls or keyless entry codes, while also supporting up to 31 LiftMaster® remote control codes in normal security memory mode.
The receiver includes an external 8-foot whip antenna for improved signal reception and extended operating range. Flexible jumper-selectable power input and relay operation settings allow simplified integration with multiple gate and access control systems. The durable two-piece aluminum housing with detachable cover provides dependable long-term protection for indoor and protected outdoor installations.
