Powered by myQ® Community, the CAPAC enables property managers to remotely monitor, control, and manage up to four access points from a centralized cloud dashboard, making it an ideal solution for multifamily communities, HOAs, commercial properties, and mixed-use developments.
Designed for both new and retrofit installations, the CAPAC supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi®, and cellular connectivity, allowing flexible installation in virtually any environment. Residents can unlock authorized entrances, receive virtual guest passes, and manage visitor access directly through the myQ Community App, while administrators can remotely add or remove users, configure access schedules, monitor activity, and receive real-time notifications.
The Smart Access Hub supports up to 50,000 users and 50,000 event records, making it an excellent solution for communities of nearly any size. Compatible with most existing gate operators, pedestrian doors, maglocks, door strikes, and telephone entry systems, the CAPAC offers a cost-effective path to modern cloud-based access control without replacing existing infrastructure.
