The HySecurity SwingSmart™ DC 20 Swing Gate Operator is a high-performance commercial swing gate solution engineered for reliability, advanced programmability, and continuous-duty operation. Designed to integrate seamlessly with other HySecurity access control and perimeter security systems, the SwingSmart DC 20 delivers smooth, intelligent gate automation for commercial, industrial, and high-cycle applications.
Featuring a rugged cast steel housing and universal telescoping arm, the SwingSmart DC 20 is built for long-term durability while improving installation flexibility and operational safety. The integrated arm design helps reduce pinch points, while the patented manual override and torque-limiting clamp provide added safety and control during operation and emergency access situations.
Powered by HySecurity’s Smart DC Controller platform, the operator offers more than 70 field-adjustable settings and an easy-to-use 32-character LCD display for advanced site customization. The system is field programmable to meet specific application requirements, including independently adjustable open and close speeds ranging from 10 to 15 seconds.
Built-in battery backup capability helps maintain security and site access during power outages, supporting up to 300 cycles on standard batteries and up to 1,200 cycles with extended battery configurations. The efficient low-power design also makes the SwingSmart DC 20 ideal for solar-compatible and off-grid applications.
