Description
The EMX LRS-FP-100-K Long-Range Radar Sensor Kit is a complete loop replacement vehicle detection system designed to eliminate the need for traditional inductive loops. The kit includes an LRS Flat Pack magnetoresistive sensor, a 100-foot lead, and the LRS-C1 controller, providing a reliable, cost-effective solution for vehicle detection in automatic gate, barrier gate, parking, and access control applications. The LRS utilizes advanced 3-axis magnetoresistive sensing technology to detect changes in the Earth's magnetic field caused by ferrous vehicles, delivering accurate presence detection without extensive pavement cutting.
The included 100-foot sensor lead provides added installation flexibility for larger sites, while the compact flat pack sensor installs with a single saw cut or can be mounted above ground in non-ferrous enclosures. The system features DETECT-ON-STOP™ technology, allowing detection only after a vehicle comes to a complete stop to help eliminate unwanted activations from cross traffic. The controller also includes ULTRAMETER™ sensitivity display, automatic environmental compensation, and relay outputs for seamless integration with automatic gate operators and access control equipment.
