Description
The EMX DAK-USVD Ultrasonic Drive-Thru Alert Kit is a complete vehicle detection and audible notification system designed for drive-thru lanes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, car washes, parking facilities, and access control applications. The kit includes one USVD-4X Ultrasonic Vehicle Detector, one CHIME-100 Audible Chime, and a 25-foot connection cable, providing everything needed for fast, reliable vehicle detection without the need to cut pavement or install inductive loops.
Using advanced Triangular Planar Array (TPA) ultrasonic technology, the USVD-4X accurately detects vehicles from 1 to 5 feet away and mounts directly to an order box, post, or building. Unlike traditional loop detectors, the system requires no pavement cutting, loop installation, or complicated setup, making installation faster and more cost-effective.
The included CHIME-100 delivers a loud audible alert with adjustable volume up to 100 dBA and offers six selectable melodies to notify staff when a vehicle arrives. An auxiliary relay output also allows integration with additional notification devices such as warning lights or annunciators.
