The DoorKing 9220 Series is a heavy-duty maximum security vehicular slide gate operator designed for Class III and Class IV applications requiring enhanced security, variable speed control, and dependable continuous-duty performance. Built for industrial facilities, utility sites, transportation infrastructure, government properties, military installations, and other restricted-access environments, the 9220 Series delivers advanced control features while maintaining the rugged durability DoorKing is known for.
Powered by a 2 HP continuous-duty motor and a heavy-duty 30:1 oil-bath gear reduction system, the 9220 provides user-adjustable gate speeds from approximately 0.3 to 2 feet per second. This flexibility allows installers to optimize performance for large, heavy slide gates while maintaining smooth operation, slow-start/slow-stop functionality, and enhanced access control capabilities.
