The DoorKing 1602-303 Octagonal Barrier Arm Extension Kit is a genuine OEM accessory designed to extend the DoorKing 1601-555 14-foot one-piece octagonal aluminum barrier arm by an additional 3 feet, creating a maximum barrier arm length of 17 feet for compatible DoorKing 1602 Barrier Gate Operators.
Engineered specifically for the DoorKing 1602 series, this extension kit provides an economical solution for wider traffic lanes without replacing the complete barrier arm. The kit includes precision couplers and installation hardware for a secure, rigid connection while maintaining the durability and performance expected from genuine DoorKing components.
The 1602-303 extension kit is only compatible with the 14-foot one-piece octagonal arm (DoorKing 1601-555) and cannot be used with DoorKing 1601 or 1603 barrier operators. It is also incompatible with breakaway brackets and standard 14-foot LED/reverse edge assemblies; when used as a 17-foot arm, the optional 15-foot Reverse Edge with Red/Green LED Kit (8080-915) is required.
