Description
The CellGate CAM-296 Mini Bullet Camera is an adjustable external surveillance camera designed to integrate with compatible CellGate Watchman and Entría access control systems. Its 2.8-12mm varifocal lens allows installers to adjust the camera's field of view for the specific entrance, gate, driveway, or pedestrian access area being monitored.
Unlike a fixed-focus camera, the CAM-296 provides adjustable coverage ranging from a wide overview to a tighter, more focused view. CellGate specifies a horizontal field of view of 81° to 33°, making it a versatile choice for access points where camera coverage needs to be fine-tuned during installation.
The camera also provides IR illumination up to 164 feet for nighttime monitoring and supports motion-actuated recording with a 6-second pre-record to capture activity immediately before a triggered event. It carries an IP67 weatherproof rating for outdoor installations.
