The All-O-Matic TLD-375 Torque Limiter Friction Disc Kit is a replacement friction disc set designed for the torque limiter assembly on compatible All-O-Matic TLD-375 gate operator systems. This 2-piece kit helps restore proper controlled slip within the torque limiter, allowing the drive system to absorb overload conditions and reduce stress on critical operator components.
Friction discs are essential wear components in the torque limiter path. When worn, glazed, or damaged, they can affect the operator’s ability to properly manage torque during heavy load conditions, impacts, obstructions, or high-cycle use.
