The BLDC-ULPCB1 control board is a replacement controller for 1 HP brushless DC gate operators, delivering precise motor control and integrated safety features.
In real-world installations, it serves as the control center for residential and commercial gates, coordinating drive profiles for 1 HP DC motors, and enabling safety through monitored photoeye compatibility. It includes an Electronic Reversing Device (ERD) to reverse motion on obstructions, and programmable relays for alarms or indicators tailored to the site. The adjustable leaf delay allows you to fine-tune timing between leaves for smooth, synchronized operation. Designed for reliability in challenging environments, the board supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°F to 160°F (-40°C to 71°C). As part of the ALL-BLDC series, it integrates with related components for durable, cohesive performance.
