This UL-compliant BLDC-ULPCB-36V control board is a direct replacement for All-O-Matic 36V DC gate controllers, delivering safe, dependable operation for busy entrances. Designed for All-O-Matic 36V DC gate motors, including SL-175DC and SW-375DC, this board preserves the original system performance while adding enhanced safety features. It supports UL 325 compliance with monitored photoeyes to ensure safer operation in commercial and residential settings. The built-in Electronic Reversing Device (ERD) detects obstructions and automatically reverses movement to prevent injuries or damage. Programmable relay outputs provide flexible integration with alarms, status indicators, or security systems, and the adjustable leaf delay helps synchronize multiple leaves for smooth, coordinated openings and closings. The control board is rated for a wide operating temperature range (-40°F to 160°F / -40°C to 71°C), ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments.
