The All-O-Matic BLDC-PCB45 control board is a non-UL replacement controller for the SL-45 DC gate opener, providing reliable gate control and essential safety features with straightforward setup.
In retrofit projects and non-UL installations, this circuit board serves as the core controller for the SL-45 DC operator. It includes an Electronic Reversing Device (ERD) to detect obstructions and automatically reverse the gate, programmable relay outputs for integration with site alarms, lighting, or other control devices, and an adjustable leaf delay to fine-tune opening and closing timing for smoother operation. It operates without monitored photoeyes, simplifying wiring and installation in environments where UL safety monitoring isn’t required. The wide operating temperature range (-40°F to 160°F) supports reliable performance in outdoor or demanding settings.
