The All-O-Matic BLDC-PCB1 control board is a compact, non-UL replacement controller designed for All-O-Matic 1 HP DC gate motors, providing dependable operation in residential and light commercial settings.
In practical terms, this board serves as the primary control module within the operator, managing motor drive, safety logic, and timing. It includes an Electronic Reversing Device (ERD) to detect obstructions and automatically reverse gate motion, and a programmable relay output to drive alarms, lighting, or other auxiliary systems. The adjustable leaf delay lets technicians fine-tune open/close timing to match the gate’s motion profile and site conditions. This non-UL controller is intended for installations that do not require UL safety compliance or monitored safety devices such as photoeyes, making it suitable for older systems and custom setups. Built for reliability across a wide temperature range (-40°F to 160°F / -40°C to 71°C) and part of the ALL-BLDC circuit boards line, it maintains compatibility with All-O-Matic BLDC systems.
