Description
The AES Global OPYN-4G-IBK OPYN 4G LTE Video Intercom is an advanced video access control system designed for residential, commercial, and gated property entrances where traditional wired internet connectivity is unavailable or impractical. Featuring a single call button, integrated access keypad, and black powder-coated Imperial-style callbox, this system provides convenient visitor communication and remote gate access through a cellular network connection.
The OPYN-4G-IBK combines AES Global's OPYN IP video intercom technology with a separate 4G LTE cellular router housed in an IP65-rated weather-resistant enclosure. This configuration allows the intercom to communicate over a cellular data connection without requiring an existing Ethernet or WiFi network at the gate.
Using the compatible AES OPYN smartphone application, property owners can receive visitor video calls, communicate with guests, and remotely activate connected automatic gates or access-controlled doors.
The durable Imperial-style callbox provides a professional appearance, while the integrated keypad offers convenient PIN-based entry for authorized users.

Installation Notes
The OPYN-4G-IBK uses a separate 4G LTE cellular router to provide internet connectivity for the video intercom. Reliable cellular coverage and an active compatible data service are required for remote video calling and app-based operation.
The IP65 weather rating applies to the separate cellular router enclosure and should not be assumed to apply to the intercom callbox itself.
Before installation, verify cellular signal strength, available power, network configuration, and compatibility with the connected gate operator.
